Lens Installation: Tips and Tricks Before installing a new lens, make sure the visor is clean. The pins have an eccentric design to allow you to adjust the tension on the lens. When installing, ensure the pin indicator is facing outwards, and flex the visor to ease the process.
5-Step Lens Replacement Process: 1. Remove the visor from the helmet. 2. Mount the lens with the silicone seal facing the visor. Flex the visor and place one side of the lens against the pin. 3. Secure the other side of the lens onto the pin, bending it slightly if needed to ensure a proper fit. Make sure the silicone seal is in full contact with the visor. 4. Remove the protective foil from the lens. 5. Reinstall the visor on the helmet.
